Property plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Also included in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
